yeesh.

just watching Wheel Of Fortune (waiting for Jeopardy!, of course) on the Buffalo TV station. they just had an ad for a health insurance company whose slogan is "You Deserve the Red Shirt Treatment", because their helpful staff wear cheerful red shirts.

i guess they don't have many Trek fans among their target demographic.

or in their ad agency. :P

	I dunno. I'd think that Star Fleet security officers would get pretty good benefits. I can see them chatting in the staff canteen: "Sure, I could be eaten by aliens tomorrow. But if I can just hold on for another five years just think of the pension!" (Reply to this)
